We Are on Our Way

Our flight to Atlanta was most uneventful... thankfully.  Once we reached the international terminal we were delighted to see a place for lunch that we had visited on a previous trip to France with our good friends, Della and Lowell Faucette.  Upon being seated we were amazed that "pork belly sliders" were still on the menu.  We ordered them straight away and thoroughly enjoyed every bite.  I must say, it's worth a visit to this airport to sample the food at "One Flew South".

The only word that comes to mind as we approach our gate is "astonishing".  The terminal was more empty than ILM (Wilmington, NC Airport)!  Not a problem for us since our flight was on time!

The flight to Paris was uneventful (thankfully) as was the flight to Nice.  No problems whatsoever!!  Just the way we like it.  We went immediately to Hertz, where our car was waiting.  Here we go.....
