Bormes-les-Mimosas is a beautiful hillside village overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in the South of France about 2 hours south of Nice and about 45 minutes from St. Tropez.
We have been visiting here since the late 1990s and have not yet grown tired of coming here. The people are friendly, much like the south where live; the food is wonderful, much like where we live in coastal NC; and the scenery is spectacular, again much like our beloved coastal Wilmington. It's not hard to understand why we love this area so much.
After a big lunch at la Tonnelle and wandering around the town watching the parade we decided to have a simple evening in watching tv. We decided to get a pizza from a take-out from a place in the village. We thought the packaging was unique... and oh, did I say it was a simple pizza?
